Every Fall tells a Story, is a program geared to support long term care providers establish, improve, and maintain an operative fall reduction program.  While the goal is to be proactive to reduce and or eliminate falls, it is also geared to enhancing providers response using evidence-based methods, engaging in the RAI process and standards of risk management.  While a short virtual education, this education is geared to enhance the participants success.
